I could not recommend Brad more. He has been a bright light during a very dim week! When our home warranty & their contractors were trying to screw us out of a boat load of money, Brad and his guys came to the rescue. Not only was he professional and extremely detailed in his plans to install our new unit, he was incredibly fast. He knew bad weather was coming and he made sure him and his guys came out and got our heat fixed in time so we didn’t have to stress about the cold. Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. We are now sitting in our living room for the first time in a month. BTW.. he quoted us on Thur and had it in on Tuesday. Cancelled my current service contract and will be picking up one with Brad.

I am so glad to have finally found my go-to HVAC company. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and over-the-top customer service. I originally found Brad’s in the summer when we needed a second opinion about an AC issue. After John came out, it was the first time in a while our house had been comfortable in the summer. Then when we had some heat issues this winter, we were equally impressed. John spent a lot of time on New Year’s Eve trying to get to the bottom of an issue. He was truly determined to figure it out. Just all around great customer care from when they first answer the phone and throughout the process.
