I am so glad to have finally found my go-to HVAC company. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and over-the-top customer service. I originally found Brad’s in the summer when we needed a second opinion about an AC issue. After John came out, it was the first time in a while our house had been comfortable in the summer. Then when we had some heat issues this winter, we were equally impressed. John spent a lot of time on New Year’s Eve trying to get to the bottom of an issue. He was truly determined to figure it out. Just all around great customer care from when they first answer the phone and throughout the process.
I would add more stars ✨ Kathleen who arranges the schedule and answers the phones. Superb customer service. Compassion and empathetic to our air not working. Attentive and reassuring. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.
Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year. Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing. Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.
I could not recommend Brad more. He has been a bright light during a very dim week! When our home warranty & their contractors were trying to screw us out of a boat load of money, Brad and his guys came to the rescue. Not only was he professional and extremely detailed in his plans to install our new unit, he was incredibly fast. He knew bad weather was coming and he made sure him and his guys came out and got our heat fixed in time so we didn’t have to stress about the cold. Mrs. Kayla & Mrs. Kathy are extremely professional and were so wonderful to communicate with! Brad is a standup guy and a wonderful technician. Would trust him over and over again with all of my HVAC needs. If you’re wondering if you should call Brad’s heating and air you ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. Don’t wait any longer. Call him. He is 100% worth it.

Brad came out to give us a free estimate, it was late in the day so the parts house was closed but he promptly got the part the next day and came back and got us running again. I highly recommend Brad for your heating and AC needs, he is very courteous and professional.
