I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system.
Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…
Brad arrived on time like he said he would he serviced my unit with the spring tuneup and he a notice a problem with my unit while he had it apart and notified me about it and he took care of it also. Couldn’t be more happier with Brad my new heating and Air Guy
Trust your gut. I called Brad’s because I didn’t feel like what I was I told by a technician from a larger company was right and wanted a second opinion. WOW not only did Brad show that the other diagnosis was wrong, the cost to repair using Brad was 65% less! When you are spending the sort of money an HVAC system requires, go with the person you can trust and I trust Brad.

Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. We are now sitting in our living room for the first time in a month. BTW.. he quoted us on Thur and had it in on Tuesday. Cancelled my current service contract and will be picking up one with Brad.

Highly recommend! Brad is very knowledgeable and won’t push you to replace things that don’t NEED replacing. He was able to come out and identify the problem quickly. Thankful we didn’t have to die in the heat any longer!! Brad was super nice and friendly-fantastic customer service!
