I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system. Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…
Brad is simply the best. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s not broken he won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it’s in good shape, and I don’t need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.
My wife and I are very appreciative of Brad for coming out on a Sunday to replace a condenser fan motor. He took time away from his family to make sure we were good. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend.
Brad is such a great guy! As soon as I told him my issue he knew exactly what the problem was. He helped me fix our nest thermometer and did everything he could to save us money! I would recommend Brad to anyone who needs help!!

In just two words – Beyond Compare! After getting quotes from other companies, Brad’s H&A came in at almost HLAF of the other guy’s proposal! This is no exaggeration. Brad and his colleague, John Miller, were incredibly competent and professional. They do not pressure the customer to opt for unnecessary purchases (unlike one of the other companies). I definitely recommend Brad’s Heating & Air!
We went with Brad’s spring tune up special that we saw advertised on Facebook. Brad arrived on time, was friendly, and had great customer service. He was able to catch a couple issues with our unit and head off a problem early on. We appreciate that very much! Hands down and Brad’s Heating & Air has earned a customer. My previous HVAC guy passed away and before he did, he recommended Brad to his customers. I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would’ve came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. They were prompt in returning phone calls, Brad diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it immediately! You will not be disappointed and I’ll definitely be recommending to others. Brad came out to give us a free estimate, it was late in the day so the parts house was closed but he promptly got the part the next day and came back and got us running again. I highly recommend Brad for your heating and AC needs, he is very courteous and professional.
