I have been Brad’s customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. Brad was awesome. Came out quickly and fixed my AC. Answered all my questions and even taught me a thing or two. I definitely recommend him and his company for all of your heating and air needs!
Brad and his team have been great. Had an issue with our a/c unit freezing up. Quick to respond, gave us all the options including worst case and after diagnosing it fixed the problem for way less than the worst case scenario. We have used other services in the past that just wanted to replace system rather than finding out what was wrong and repairing it. Thank you Brad and team..I highly recommend them if you are in need.
I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system. Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…
