I contacted Brad about his spring tuneup special and scheduled an appointment to get both my units serviced. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough, checked both units, including fans, compressor, drain lines etc. One of my units is a split system so he went up into the attic to check out the furnace. He gave me a detailed report, sent a detailed invoice and his price for both units was exceptionally fair. I have already recommended him on my Facebook page and would recommend him to anyone. He will be the first company I call should I need an HVAC contractor in the future.

Trust your gut. I called Brad’s because I didn’t feel like what I was I told by a technician from a larger company was right and wanted a second opinion. WOW not only did Brad show that the other diagnosis was wrong, the cost to repair using Brad was 65% less! When you are spending the sort of money an HVAC system requires, go with the person you can trust and I trust Brad.

In just two words – Beyond Compare! After getting quotes from other companies, Brad’s H&A came in at almost HLAF of the other guy’s proposal! This is no exaggeration. Brad and his colleague, John Miller, were incredibly competent and professional. They do not pressure the customer to opt for unnecessary purchases (unlike one of the other companies). Brad and his team have been great. Had an issue with our a/c unit freezing up. Quick to respond, gave us all the options including worst case and after diagnosing it fixed the problem for way less than the worst case scenario. We have used other services in the past that just wanted to replace system rather than finding out what was wrong and repairing it. Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything starting with setting the appointment with Kathleen was top notch and a pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to know that Brad will be the person who appears at your door ready and able to maintain your heating/air conditioning. You can tell he really likes his work is darn good at it. On 07/22 AC needed Freon. Checked on Next Door for recommendations & called Brad’s for HVAC. Ms Kathiline promptly set me up an appointment & kept me informed as to when Brad would be on his way. She was so kind & understanding kept me well informed about everything.

Aug 11 tonight I opened door to check that I had my overhead door down for the night & there was water running out of the PVC pipe in the garage on the cement floor. I immediately called for Brad around 7:30 because my unit with the drain pan is in the attic & I figured that was where the problem was. He came within minutes found one of the drain pipes outside clogged & cleaned it out then went in the attic & sure enough the drain pan was full of water so he sucked it all out. Thankful I saw the water in the garage when I did otherwise I would probably have had ceiling damage & I am thankful for Brad and highly recommend him.
