Brad made time to come to our house on a Friday night and then worked late to get quotes and was able to replace our unit on a Sunday morning…great price and unmatched service! Made time to come out same day as called and after figuring out what he needed to fix it made time to come back the next day even with a busy summer schedule. Also found out he needed another part and instead of delaying to another day used his own time to go get it come back and finish. Very knowledgeable and a very good price compared to other bigger less caring companies. Would highly recommend!

On 07/22 AC needed Freon. Checked on Next Door for recommendations & called Brad’s for HVAC. Ms Kathiline promptly set me up an appointment & kept me informed as to when Brad would be on his way. She was so kind & understanding kept me well informed about everything.

Aug 11 tonight I opened door to check that I had my overhead door down for the night & there was water running out of the PVC pipe in the garage on the cement floor. I immediately called for Brad around 7:30 because my unit with the drain pan is in the attic & I figured that was where the problem was. He came within minutes found one of the drain pipes outside clogged & cleaned it out then went in the attic & sure enough the drain pan was full of water so he sucked it all out. Thankful I saw the water in the garage when I did otherwise I would probably have had ceiling damage & I am thankful for Brad and highly recommend him.

If you have any AC or Heating problems give Brad a call. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY OR DISAPPOINTED.

This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

Brad, you worked on my heat pump and replaced the compressor, the outdoor txv, the dryer and the outside breaker box that were all bad. Just wanted you to know it’s working better now than when it was new and first installed. I appreciate all the work you did to get the unit working again, at a very reasonable price for everything you had to do to fix it.
