Brad, you worked on my heat pump and replaced the compressor, the outdoor txv, the dryer and the outside breaker box that were all bad. Just wanted you to know it’s working better now than when it was new and first installed. I appreciate all the work you did to get the unit working again, at a very reasonable price for everything you had to do to fix it.

A few months later my AC stopped working in the dead heat of summer; I called that morning and they were there the same afternoon, and within 2 hours they diagnosed my issue, replaced my part, and had us back up in running like new. Absolutely Outstanding…how often do you hear that about an HVAC company? Brad made time to come to our house on a Friday night and then worked late to get quotes and was able to replace our unit on a Sunday morning…great price and unmatched service! Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything starting with setting the appointment with Kathleen was top notch and a pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to know that Brad will be the person who appears at your door ready and able to maintain your heating/air conditioning. You can tell he really likes his work is darn good at it. A superior family run company that values their customers and treats them right!

Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.
