Hands down and Brad’s Heating & Air has earned a customer. My previous HVAC guy passed away and before he did, he recommended Brad to his customers. I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would’ve came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. They were prompt in returning phone calls, Brad diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it immediately! You will not be disappointed and I’ll definitely be recommending to others. Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. We are now sitting in our living room for the first time in a month. BTW.. he quoted us on Thur and had it in on Tuesday. Cancelled my current service contract and will be picking up one with Brad.

I would add more stars ✨ Kathleen who arranges the schedule and answers the phones. Superb customer service. Compassion and empathetic to our air not working. Attentive and reassuring. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.
