Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. I contacted Brad about his spring tuneup special and scheduled an appointment to get both my units serviced. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough, checked both units, including fans, compressor, drain lines etc. One of my units is a split system so he went up into the attic to check out the furnace. He gave me a detailed report, sent a detailed invoice and his price for both units was exceptionally fair. I have already recommended him on my Facebook page and would recommend him to anyone. He will be the first company I call should I need an HVAC contractor in the future.
