We went with Brad’s spring tune up special that we saw advertised on Facebook. Brad arrived on time, was friendly, and had great customer service. He was able to catch a couple issues with our unit and head off a problem early on. We appreciate that very much! I highly recommend Brad’s Heating and Air, and we will be using them in the future as well!
Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything starting with setting the appointment with Kathleen was top notch and a pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to know that Brad will be the person who appears at your door ready and able to maintain your heating/air conditioning. You can tell he really likes his work is darn good at it. A superior family run company that values their customers and treats them right!

Brad arrived on time like he said he would he serviced my unit with the spring tuneup and he a notice a problem with my unit while he had it apart and notified me about it and he took care of it also. Couldn’t be more happier with Brad my new heating and Air Guy

Highly recommend! Brad is very knowledgeable and won’t push you to replace things that don’t NEED replacing. He was able to come out and identify the problem quickly. Thankful we didn’t have to die in the heat any longer!! Brad was super nice and friendly-fantastic customer service!
