Highly recommend! Brad is very knowledgeable and won’t push you to replace things that don’t NEED replacing. He was able to come out and identify the problem quickly. Thankful we didn’t have to die in the heat any longer!! Brad was super nice and friendly-fantastic customer service!

In just two words – Beyond Compare! After getting quotes from other companies, Brad’s H&A came in at almost HLAF of the other guy’s proposal! This is no exaggeration. Brad and his colleague, John Miller, were incredibly competent and professional. They do not pressure the customer to opt for unnecessary purchases (unlike one of the other companies). I definitely recommend Brad’s Heating & Air!
They called and scheduled with us promptly. They were honest and upfront with our problems. Worked with us to figure out solutions. He will be the one we call and hopefully our friends call when they need. The promo deals they run are great!!
I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system. Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…

Made time to come out same day as called and after figuring out what he needed to fix it made time to come back the next day even with a busy summer schedule. Also found out he needed another part and instead of delaying to another day used his own time to go get it come back and finish. Very knowledgeable and a very good price compared to other bigger less caring companies. Would highly recommend!
