I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would’ve came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. I have been Brad’s customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year. Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing. Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.

I contacted Brad about his spring tuneup special and scheduled an appointment to get both my units serviced. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough, checked both units, including fans, compressor, drain lines etc. One of my units is a split system so he went up into the attic to check out the furnace. He gave me a detailed report, sent a detailed invoice and his price for both units was exceptionally fair. I have already recommended him on my Facebook page and would recommend him to anyone. He will be the first company I call should I need an HVAC contractor in the future.

Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. We are now sitting in our living room for the first time in a month. BTW.. he quoted us on Thur and had it in on Tuesday. Cancelled my current service contract and will be picking up one with Brad.

We went with Brad’s spring tune up special that we saw advertised on Facebook. Brad arrived on time, was friendly, and had great customer service. He was able to catch a couple issues with our unit and head off a problem early on. We appreciate that very much! I highly recommend Brad’s Heating and Air, and we will be using them in the future as well!
