Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

Brad and his team have been great. Had an issue with our a/c unit freezing up. Quick to respond, gave us all the options including worst case and after diagnosing it fixed the problem for way less than the worst case scenario. We have used other services in the past that just wanted to replace system rather than finding out what was wrong and repairing it. We went with Brad’s spring tune up special that we saw advertised on Facebook. Brad arrived on time, was friendly, and had great customer service. He was able to catch a couple issues with our unit and head off a problem early on. We appreciate that very much! I highly recommend Brad’s Heating and Air, and we will be using them in the future as well!

I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system.
Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…

Brad arrived on time like he said he would he serviced my unit with the spring tuneup and he a notice a problem with my unit while he had it apart and notified me about it and he took care of it also. Couldn’t be more happier with Brad my new heating and Air Guy

Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year. Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing. Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend! Brad is very knowledgeable and won’t push you to replace things that don’t NEED replacing. He was able to come out and identify the problem quickly. Thankful we didn’t have to die in the heat any longer!! Brad was super nice and friendly-fantastic customer service!
