Brad explains the problem in a way that is understandable, offers multiple options, is mindful of your budget, and cares about your situation and how he can best help more than profit. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.

Brad is such a great guy! As soon as I told him my issue he knew exactly what the problem was. He helped me fix our nest thermometer and did everything he could to save us money! I would recommend Brad to anyone who needs help!!

We went with Brad’s spring tune up special that we saw advertised on Facebook. Brad arrived on time, was friendly, and had great customer service. He was able to catch a couple issues with our unit and head off a problem early on. We appreciate that very much! Brad is simply the best. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s not broken he won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it’s in good shape, and I don’t need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.

Highly recommend! Brad is very knowledgeable and won’t push you to replace things that don’t NEED replacing. He was able to come out and identify the problem quickly. Thankful we didn’t have to die in the heat any longer!! Brad was super nice and friendly-fantastic customer service!
