My wife works from home, and Brad helps make sure she is comfortable! These folks are amazing people! From the phone call for service Miss Kayla and Miss Kathy are friendly, caring, attentive, and fast. The owner and Technician, Brad, is professional, polite, and has a respectful tell it like it is approach. Brad explains the problem in a way that is understandable, offers multiple options, is mindful of your budget, and cares about your situation and how he can best help more than profit. This is a small family business that invites you to be a part of the family. From routine maintenance to system replacement these folks do what it takes to earn my trust!
Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year. Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing. Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.
Brad, you worked on my heat pump and replaced the compressor, the outdoor txv, the dryer and the outside breaker box that were all bad. Just wanted you to know it’s working better now than when it was new and first installed. I appreciate all the work you did to get the unit working again, at a very reasonable price for everything you had to do to fix it.

Trust your gut. I called Brad’s because I didn’t feel like what I was I told by a technician from a larger company was right and wanted a second opinion. WOW not only did Brad show that the other diagnosis was wrong, the cost to repair using Brad was 65% less! When you are spending the sort of money an HVAC system requires, go with the person you can trust and I trust Brad.
Brad is such a great guy! As soon as I told him my issue he knew exactly what the problem was. He helped me fix our nest thermometer and did everything he could to save us money! I would recommend Brad to anyone who needs help!!
