I have been Brad’s customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. Brad, you worked on my heat pump and replaced the compressor, the outdoor txv, the dryer and the outside breaker box that were all bad. Just wanted you to know it’s working better now than when it was new and first installed. I appreciate all the work you did to get the unit working again, at a very reasonable price for everything you had to do to fix it.
Brad came and gave us a quote on replacing our AC in the middle of this heatwave. Worked with a finance company to get it bought and put in. We are now sitting in our living room for the first time in a month. BTW.. he quoted us on Thur and had it in on Tuesday. Cancelled my current service contract and will be picking up one with Brad.
