Brad and his team have been great. Had an issue with our a/c unit freezing up. Quick to respond, gave us all the options including worst case and after diagnosing it fixed the problem for way less than the worst case scenario. We have used other services in the past that just wanted to replace system rather than finding out what was wrong and repairing it. Thank you Brad and team..I highly recommend them if you are in need.

I have been Brad’s customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. I contacted Brad about his spring tuneup special and scheduled an appointment to get both my units serviced. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough, checked both units, including fans, compressor, drain lines etc. One of my units is a split system so he went up into the attic to check out the furnace. He gave me a detailed report, sent a detailed invoice and his price for both units was exceptionally fair. I have already recommended him on my Facebook page and would recommend him to anyone. He will be the first company I call should I need an HVAC contractor in the future.

I started using them in March for a routine HVAC service, per a friend’s recommendation. A few months later my AC stopped working in the dead heat of summer; I called that morning and they were there the same afternoon, and within 2 hours they diagnosed my issue, replaced my part, and had us back up in running like new. I’m so grateful for them and their immediate attention to their customers needs. They’ve gained me as a lifetime customer.

This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

I would add more stars ✨ Kathleen who arranges the schedule and answers the phones. Superb customer service. Compassion and empathetic to our air not working. Attentive and reassuring. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.

Brad was very responsive and honest . He scheduled me for the same day, got out to me early, found the issue and fixed it all extremely quickly. Great pricing, cool honest guy, and loves animals so win win. My dog got some loves out the deal. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in need of services. Brad is simply the best. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s not broken he won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it’s in good shape, and I don’t need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.
