Brad is simply the best. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s not broken he won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it’s in good shape, and I don’t need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.

In just two words – Beyond Compare! After getting quotes from other companies, Brad’s H&A came in at almost HLAF of the other guy’s proposal! This is no exaggeration. Brad and his colleague, John Miller, were incredibly competent and professional. They do not pressure the customer to opt for unnecessary purchases (unlike one of the other companies). Absolutely Outstanding…how often do you hear that about an HVAC company? Brad made time to come to our house on a Friday night and then worked late to get quotes and was able to replace our unit on a Sunday morning…great price and unmatched service! I could not recommend Brad more. He has been a bright light during a very dim week! When our home warranty & their contractors were trying to screw us out of a boat load of money, Brad and his guys came to the rescue. Not only was he professional and extremely detailed in his plans to install our new unit, he was incredibly fast. He knew bad weather was coming and he made sure him and his guys came out and got our heat fixed in time so we didn’t have to stress about the cold. Mrs. Kayla & Mrs. Kathy are extremely professional and were so wonderful to communicate with! Brad is a standup guy and a wonderful technician. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.
