Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year. Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing. Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.

This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

Hands down and Brad’s Heating & Air has earned a customer. My previous HVAC guy passed away and before he did, he recommended Brad to his customers. I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would’ve came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. On 07/22 AC needed Freon. Checked on Next Door for recommendations & called Brad’s for HVAC. Ms Kathiline promptly set me up an appointment & kept me informed as to when Brad would be on his way. She was so kind & understanding kept me well informed about everything.

Aug 11 tonight I opened door to check that I had my overhead door down for the night & there was water running out of the PVC pipe in the garage on the cement floor. I immediately called for Brad around 7:30 because my unit with the drain pan is in the attic & I figured that was where the problem was. He came within minutes found one of the drain pipes outside clogged & cleaned it out then went in the attic & sure enough the drain pan was full of water so he sucked it all out. Thankful I saw the water in the garage when I did otherwise I would probably have had ceiling damage & I am thankful for Brad and highly recommend him.

I contacted them on Monday which was memorial day. Brad came out Tuesday. He did a thorough inspection and said he needed to do a thorough troubleshooting of my system. Came out again today and did a cleaning and continued to troubleshoot my system. His anslysis was unfortunate but honest and I need a new A Coil. He will be back Tomorrow which is Saturday and finish up my unit…I have completed faith in his knowledge and experience…
