Hands down and Brad’s Heating & Air has earned a customer. My previous HVAC guy passed away and before he did, he recommended Brad to his customers. I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would’ve came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. They were prompt in returning phone calls, Brad diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it immediately! You will not be disappointed and I’ll definitely be recommending to others. Trust your gut. I called Brad’s because I didn’t feel like what I was I told by a technician from a larger company was right and wanted a second opinion. WOW not only did Brad show that the other diagnosis was wrong, the cost to repair using Brad was 65% less! When you are spending the sort of money an HVAC system requires, go with the person you can trust and I trust Brad.

Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything starting with setting the appointment with Kathleen was top notch and a pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to know that Brad will be the person who appears at your door ready and able to maintain your heating/air conditioning. You can tell he really likes his work is darn good at it. This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!
