On 07/22 AC needed Freon. Checked on Next Door for recommendations & called Brad’s for HVAC. Ms Kathiline promptly set me up an appointment & kept me informed as to when Brad would be on his way. She was so kind & understanding kept me well informed about everything.

Aug 11 tonight I opened door to check that I had my overhead door down for the night & there was water running out of the PVC pipe in the garage on the cement floor. I immediately called for Brad around 7:30 because my unit with the drain pan is in the attic & I figured that was where the problem was. He came within minutes found one of the drain pipes outside clogged & cleaned it out then went in the attic & sure enough the drain pan was full of water so he sucked it all out. Thankful I saw the water in the garage when I did otherwise I would probably have had ceiling damage & I am thankful for Brad and highly recommend him.

Brad arrived on time like he said he would he serviced my unit with the spring tuneup and he a notice a problem with my unit while he had it apart and notified me about it and he took care of it also. Couldn’t be more happier with Brad my new heating and Air Guy

I could not recommend Brad more. He has been a bright light during a very dim week! When our home warranty & their contractors were trying to screw us out of a boat load of money, Brad and his guys came to the rescue. Not only was he professional and extremely detailed in his plans to install our new unit, he was incredibly fast. He knew bad weather was coming and he made sure him and his guys came out and got our heat fixed in time so we didn’t have to stress about the cold. This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

Brad came out to give us a free estimate, it was late in the day so the parts house was closed but he promptly got the part the next day and came back and got us running again. I highly recommend Brad for your heating and AC needs, he is very courteous and professional.
