Brad is simply the best. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s not broken he won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it’s in good shape, and I don’t need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.

Brad, you worked on my heat pump and replaced the compressor, the outdoor txv, the dryer and the outside breaker box that were all bad. Just wanted you to know it’s working better now than when it was new and first installed. I appreciate all the work you did to get the unit working again, at a very reasonable price for everything you had to do to fix it.
I have been Brad’s customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. When I need a system replaced, I feel I am getting the best price possible. I Highly Recommend Brad’s Heating and Air for biannual maintenance and complete system installation. 5 Stars !
Brad was very responsive and honest . He scheduled me for the same day, got out to me early, found the issue and fixed it all extremely quickly. Great pricing, cool honest guy, and loves animals so win win. My dog got some loves out the deal. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in need of services. Thanks to him my kids and I will be warm tonight!

Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything starting with setting the appointment with Kathleen was top notch and a pleasant experience. It is so refreshing to know that Brad will be the person who appears at your door ready and able to maintain your heating/air conditioning. You can tell he really likes his work is darn good at it.
